Outer eye (top) = Blue base. Add white for light areas, add a dot of black for dark areas.
Magenta sky with clouds = 3/4 magenta 1/4 white base. Add a dot of blue for more purple at top, add orange for warmer color at bottom.
Clouds are magenta with a dot of blue for clouds at top, and magenta and orange for clouds lower in the sky / bottom. Tip: keep the bottom part of your clouds a sharper line and have the top of your clouds fluffy/blended
Orange sky = 2/3 white 1/3 orange base blend more orange to the top to match canvases above, blend more white to bottom to match canvases below.
Sun rays = paint base color first, add white on top
City skyline = paint the sky first. Paint the buildings solid black. Once dry, add white lights!
Water = 2/3 white 1/3 purple base apply a thin coat by watering down the paint a little on your palette). Once dry, add steaks of color on top with thicker paint to represent the reflection of the buildings and the purple ripples in lower section. Use white for the sun ray’s reflection.
Logo = Paint logo last. Depending on section you’re working on, use 1) white and blue, 2) blue, 3) purple, 4) purple and white
