Brief Overview of the Booking Process:
Every team painting activity is unique and I'm excited to chat with you about bringing your vision to life! Most events are fully booked at least 2 weeks in advance (and as far as 6 months out) but I'm more than happy to accommodate short-notice plans whenever my schedule permits.
Once we've had a chance to connect and all of the details are solidified -- like the date/time, headcount, location, activity, artwork -- I'll send over an Agreement for easy digital signature, as well as an invoice link. This standard Agreement document will also capture the custom options discussed so we're perfectly aligned every step of the way.
Then on the day of your team's event, everyone comes together for a fun, creative, and inspiring painting experience!

Two Most Popular Activities

1. Collaborative Painting
Each team member receives a canvas or "puzzle piece" that makes up a single big image -OR- each canvas has a logo or icon that is meaningful to the team. This custom painting project is great for hanging in the office! More examples here.

2. Guided Painting (and painting swap)
This is a more traditional "follow-the-leader" activity where everyone recreates their own version of the same painting with instruction from the artist. A fun twist on this activity is to swap paintings, where team members trade canvases between the various painting steps - making each painting a true group effort. More examples here.

Additional notes and information:
1. The "Small Group Package" is for 10 people or less at a flat fee of $597. No group is too small.
2. Water for paint is provided in sealed jars that are re-sealed for removal. No paint materials (or dirty water) will be disposed of on-location. Nothing is left behind.
3. We set up at your office (conference room, cafeteria, outside) or collaborate with a local restaurant, event venue, or hotel where the team is meeting.
4. We provide white plastic table covers (no linens are needed).
